? خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی گندله ها

? گندله ها باید طی فرآیند حمل و نقل، خشک و سخت شدن در درجه حرارت بالا بارهای مکانیکی بسیاری را تحمل کنند. درنتیجه آن ها باید مقاومت به سایش و استحکام فشاری کافی در برابر خرد شدن را دارا باشند. بر اساس موارد استفاده گندله ها، خصوصیات لازم آنها فرق می کند. برای دستیابی به این خصوصیات از مواد افزودنی خاص استفاده می شود. همین طور دستگاه مورد استفاده برای تولید گندله باید بتواند خواص لازم را تامین کند. روش انتقال آن ها به واحد پخت باید طوری طراحی شود که کمترین ضربه و آسیب بر گندله وارد شود.

? در گندله های مصرفی درکوره بلند طی فرآیند احیا تغییراتی به وجود می آید که ممکن است باعث خرد و متلاشی شدن آن ها گردد، لذا بررسی خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی گندله ها و احیا پذیری آن ها از اهیمت بالایی برخوردار است. آزمایش هایی به منظور تعیین خواص گندله، تحت شرایط استاندارد لازم است که انجام شود.

? کیفیت گندله ها به ویژگی شیمیایی، مکانیکی و متالورژیکی آن ها بستگی دارد. هر یک از خواص در روند تولید گندله، احیا و نیز ذوب و پالایش آهن اسفنجی و آهن خام موثر می باشند

Mechanical and physical properties of pellets ?

Pellets must withstand a lot of mechanical loads during the process of transport, drying and hardening at high temperatures. As a result, they must have  sufficient wear resistance and compressive strength against crushing. Depending on the uses of the pellets, their required properties will vary. Special additives are used to achieve these properties. Also, the machine used to produce pellets must be able to provide the necessary properties. The method of transferring them to the cooking unit should be designed in such a way as to cause the least impact and damage to the pellets

In pellets used in high furnace during the reduction process there are changes that may cause them to crumble and disintegrate, so the study of mechanical and physical properties of pellets and their regeneration is of great importance. Tests to determine the properties of pellets under standard conditions are required

The quality of pellets depends on their chemical, mechanical and metallurgical properties. Each of the properties is effective in the process of pellet production, reduction as well as smelting and refining of sponge iron and crude iron
